Showings Available provided notice to current tenants. Deposit required for securing rental. Deposit will be returned after tenancy provided all keys and security fobs are returned and there is no damage to suite and/or contents.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. No additional taxes over 1 month stay. GST of 6% on shorter stays will be added. Damage deposit (1/2 of total or monthly rate – whichever is less) required in cash and/or postdated check.  Payment can also be made by direct deposit to provided bank account or Paypal.

Residential tenancy agreement and condition inspection reports will be completed and copies provided.
Depending on the length of stay, credit and reference checks may be required.

Photo ID required (driver’s license, passport, etc.).

Long-term tenancy discounts available.

Small pets will be allowed.
